2. General Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV)

1. Services Provided: Private aviation brokerage, flight booking, and customer assistance.

2. Booking Process: All requests are made via the Orizair platform. A quote is sent before the booking is confirmed.

3. Payment: Payments are processed via Stripe by credit card. Prices include brokerage fees and applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations incur fees depending on the notice period before departure and will be defined in the selected operator's terms and conditions, which will be provided to the customer along with the boarding pass.

5. Liability: Orizair acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for the performance of air operators.

6. Governing Law: Gibraltar law applies. In case of disputes, the competent courts are those of Gibraltar.

3. Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection: Orizair collects personal information necessary for flight booking and service management.

2. Data Usage: Data is used exclusively for processing reservations and customer relationship management.

3. Data Sharing: "Orizair collects and transfers PNR (Passenger Name Record) data to any operator and service provider (including airport operators, ground handling agents, limousine companies, insurance companies, etc.) insofar as such transfer is necessary for the performance of the contract. PNR data may also be required by the authorities of certain countries, it being specified that such transfers may take place, where applicable, to countries where the level of data protection is not equivalent to that provided in the Client’s and/or Passengers’ country of origin."

4. User Rights: In accordance with Swiss LPD and GDPR regulations, users may request access, modification, or deletion of their data.

5. Data Security: Orizair implements measures to protect personal information.
